What counts as a vet?
One creator lookup that returns a verdict. Re-checking a creator later to track growth counts as a new vet.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited?
Almost, and here’s the honest version. There’s one soft limit of about 20 vets a day. Every vet pulls fresh, live data that costs real money per lookup, and Scruta is run by one indie dev on a budget, not a venture-backed agency. That small daily ceiling is what lets me keep Pro at $9 when the big tools charge $49 to $300, and it keeps Scruta fast for everyone. It sits well above what real creator research needs (most days you’ll use a handful), so unless you’re running a bot you’ll probably never feel it. And if you ever genuinely need more, just reach out, I’d rather hear from you than quietly throttle you.
How do credit packs work?
Out of free vets for the day? A pack tops you up with 25 extra vets that never expire. While you have credits, your vets come out of that balance; once it’s empty you’re back to 5 free vets a day. Grab another pack anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month, no contract. You keep access until the period ends.
